Fermentation process: Anaerobic process, carried out without pulping, with fully mature grains for 24 and 36 hours, depending on the environment temperatures recorded during the process.
Social impact: Training is provided to the collectors to guarantee that the coffee beans are in the appropriate ranges of brix values. This is the starting point for excellent quality. The training generates well-paid technical skills, under decent working conditions, generally for people from the region.
It is sold as green coffee in hay bags, biodegradable natural fiber, marked with natural inks, with lots of homogeneous characteristics between 500 kg to 1500 kg. Harvests available for order from November 1st.
